EduPortal Kenya
The Problem
A network of 38 secondary schools across Nairobi County was managing student admissions, fee payments, examination results, and parent communication through spreadsheets, paper forms, and WhatsApp groups.

Nairobi Health Connect
The Problem
A group of 12 private clinics operating across Nairobi had no shared patient record system. When a patient visited a different branch, their history was unavailable, leading to duplicate tests, medication errors, and a poor patient experience.
Our Solution
We designed and built a centralised electronic health records platform linking all 12 clinics on a single secure database with role-based access for doctors, nurses, and admin staff. The billing module integrates directly with M-Pesa and insurance claim APIs. A patient mobile app allows individuals to view their own records, book appointments, and receive prescription reminders.

Sipedo Services
The Problem
Sipedo was operating with a dated website that was not mobile-optimised, loaded slowly on lower-bandwidth connections, and had no online service booking capability.
Our Solution
We conducted a full UX audit and redesigned the site from the ground up, focusing on mobile-first performance, a clear service hierarchy, and a friction-free online enquiry and booking flow. The new site was built on Next.js with a headless CMS for content management and deployed on AWS with a CDN layer for East African edge performance.

Qezzy Surveys
The Problem
The founder had a clear product vision for a survey and data collection SaaS targeted at Kenyan researchers, NGOs, and government agencies but no technical team to build it.
Our Solution
We built the full product from zero over eight weeks including a drag-and-drop survey builder, an offline-capable mobile data collection app, a real-time analytics dashboard, team management and multi-user collaboration features, and a subscription billing system priced in Kenyan shillings via Pesapal.
